Single Arm Dumbbell Chest Press on Stability Ball

This exercise is great for developing unilateral chest strength and shoulder stability. Performing this exercise on the stability ball requires and helps to develop core stability and lower body isometric strength and stability. If you are not quite comfortable with the ball yet, feel free to begin by performing this exercise on a bench first, then move to the ball when you feel ready.
