CORE Conditioning offers a variety of services to help you reach your fitness goals. We offer in-home or gym personal training services where you will work one on one with a qualified and experienced trainer. You will be provided with a personalized program built specifically to cater to your needs and training goals. We offer sport specific strength and conditioning, active rehabilitation, program design, and basic personal training services.
Basic Personal Training
One on one training
Sessions designed to push each client beyond their personal comfort level in order to reach personal short term and long term fitness goals. You will be provided with a variety of progressive exercises to avoid boredom often caused by repetitive independent workouts. Each time you train with a CORE Conditioning trainer you will be introduced to new and innovative exercises up to date with today’s leading fitness reviews and research.
Group Training
Groups can range from 2 to 4 people, which will decrease the cost of each person per session and provide some good old fashioned competition to your workouts.
Sport Specific Strength and Conditioning
We offer individual training sessions designed to increase speed, agility, strength, endurance, vertical jump height, and power in order to excel in any sport. By analyzing the specific components, movement patterns, and physical demands of your sport, we are able to design and implement training programs specific to any athlete.
On Location Team Training
We will come to your practice facility/location and run one to two hour strength and conditioning sessions for the entire team. CORE trainers will bring all of the equipment needed to provide the team with a gruelling session designed to improve athletic performance in areas of speed, agility, power, strength, and cardiovascular endurance. Each team program is designed with the specific movements and physical demands of each sport in mind to prevent injury and provide teams with a platform for success.

Active Rehabilitation
**ICBC Approved Service Provider**
Whether you have been hurt playing a sport, at work, have been in a car accident, or are suffering from ongoing pain while performing daily activities; we provide specific rehabilitation programs designed to decrease pain levels and increase life function. We provide a full injury assessment in order to prescribe specific exercises to fix muscle imbalances, target specific muscle weakness, decrease muscle stiffness, and decrease the occurrence of or heal chronic overuse injuries. “Pre-habilitation” programs are also provided to prevent or decrease the occurrence of work or sport related injury.
TRX Suspension Training
The TRX is a bodyweight-based training device that is portable and adaptable to all fitness levels. This piece of equipment was created by the Navy Seals and is used by many fitness enthusiasts such as personal trainers, athletes, sports teams, and members of the military to build strength, flexibility, balance, and CORE strength.

Program Design
CORE Conditioning trainers will create a program specific to your needs and training goals combined with one training session in order to take you through and familiarize you with your program.
Online Training
If you are not in the lower mainland, travel frequently, or just don’t have the time to make an appointment with a trainer, CORE Conditioning now offers online training services. This service is provided to clients who need the direction and motivation provided by working with a trainer, but don’t have the freedom in their schedule to make continual appointments. A CORE Conditioning trainer will provide you with a program to suit your needs and help you make realistic short term and long term goals, then provide the direction needed to meet these goals. Any fitness related questions that may come up as you move along in your workouts will be answered in a timely manner by a CORE Conditioning trainer. Online clients have found that having someone to check in with frequently regarding nutritional habits and workouts has allowed them to avoid loss of motivation because they are held accountable for reaching their set goals.
Training Locations
CORE Conditioning is committed to making each clients work outs as convenient and effective as possible; therefore, we train out of multiple gyms and parks in Surrey, North Surrey, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Vancouver and Langley. CORE Conditioning trainers will make exceptions to accommodate each client, whether you live in Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Langley, Surrey, or Coquitlam etc. There are plenty of locations throughout the lower mainland in which training can be made available.
