Small Group Personal Training

Mission Statement:   to provide effective individualized training focused towards helping each client reach their personal fitness goals.

CORE Conditioning offers a variety of services to help you reach your fitness goals. We offer in-home or gym personal training services where you will work one on one with a qualified and experienced trainer.  You  will be provided  with a personalized program built specifically to cater to your needs and training goals. We offer sport specific strength and conditioning, active rehabilitation, program design, and basic personal training services.

 

 


 

Small Group Training

Are you looking for a little more attention?  Would you like to do personal training, but the cost per session is too high? Small Group Training might be just what you are looking for!  Unlike big box gyms, there will be no other members in the studio during your training session so you have undivided attention of your training and can dance between exercises if you need without getting funny looks from others ;)

CORE Conditioning offers small group training sessions for up to 6 people at a time!!  All small group training session times can be found on our live schedule (CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE SCHEDULE) and as long as we have 4 people registered per class the cost is only $20/person!

Why is this great? decrease the cost per session for each person, but still receive the guidance, motivation, and accountability of having your very own personal trainer AND you and your group can motivate each other and have a blast at the same time.

 

How Does Small Group Training Differ From the Larger Metabolic Group Classes?

 

Small group training is closer to personal training, meaning programs and workouts will be tailored to the fitness level of each group individually.  In the larger metabolic group classes, there are many exercises we are not able to introduce due to the requirement of proper form and inability to teach to a larger group of people.  In small group training we do a mixture of heavy strength training for reps (as apposed to 40 seconds of work in the large group class) as well as metabolic training for different time frames than offered in the large group class.  This variation allows you to challenge yourself a little bit more, build more strength by lifting heavier weights for lower reps, learn proper form in many strength training exercises (barbell training, kettlebells, dumbbell training, and body weight training such as pull ups etc.)

Small group training is a great way to challenge yourself in a new way, build more muscle, burn more fat, and improve your strength in the many of the exercises we do in the larger metabolic group classes!  Many of the CORE Conditioning soldiers attend 1 small group training session per week and then get the rest of their workouts from Metabolic Group Classes.  (CLICK HERE TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT CORE CONDITIONING’S METABOLIC GROUP CLASSES!)
