We have many different options with our group fitness classes other than our signature Metabolic Group Exercise class.
Many of our soldiers have not yet tried out Superset Strength Class
If you are curious about what our superset strength class is all about, here is a basic run down of how it works and how it might help you!
Superset Strength Class
This class is designed to challenge your strength. The beginning of the workout focuses on performing stations of two strength exercises back to back for four rounds. After you have completed 4 rounds of your first superset, you will move on to the next set of two exercises and repeat in the same fashion. The class is complete with 6 different supersets (12 exercises) geared towards lifting heavier weights than you are used to and challenging your muscles in a whole new way. This is the best way to supplement the Metabolic Group Exercise Class and really begin to build lean muscle to get stronger and burn more fat. The class is completed with a cardio finisher to end class and get maximum fat burn in the one hour class.
