Java Protein Shake
This shake is a great to get a healthy little kick start in the morning.
Ready in 5 minutes • Makes 1 shake 
• 1 scoop protein powder
• 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
• 1 6-oz container plain low-fat yogurt
• 1/2 cup berries
• 4 tbsp brewed coffee
Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve.
