There is much confusion in the world regarding healthy eating such as fad diets, low-carb, high-protein, low calorie etc.. etc... but here at CORE Conditioning we preach living a healthy balanced lifestyle, I call it REAL LIFE EATING!

What does this mean? it means that we focus on teaching our client's the fundamentals behind eating healthy and how to make healthy decisions in any situation. We will teach you how to track macronutrients and eat quality foods, not just count calories. We will set you up with a nutrition plan to follow based on your body, your goals, and your workout routine - no cookie cutter programs.

WHAT WILL YOU WALK AWAY WITH AFTER A NUTRITION CONSULTATION WITH CORE CONDITIONING?
  • Initial assessment testing - body fat test, inches measured, "before" pictures taken (for your eyes only) and initial weight
  • Analysis of current eating habits and coaching towards how to improve what you are eating to meet your fitness goals
  • We will calculate the recommended macronutrient and caloric requirements (proteins, carbs, & good fats) you should be ingesting each day to meet your fitness/weight loss goals
  • You will leave the assessment with pages and pages of information about how to eat clean, meal/snack ideas, pre and post workout meal ideas etc. and how to track your intake each day
  • A follow-up email will be sent with detailed information about how to go about getting your required macronutrient intake, which has been calculated for your body & goals specifically!



WILL YOU GET A MEAL PLAN?


At CORE Conditioning we believe in educating our clients about healthy eating and how to make their own healthy decisions, which in-turn results in long term results.  Following a specific meal plan can only last so long before boredom kicks in....and then what? If you aren't educated about how to build a healthy meal and eat healthy on the go, what do you do if you go out for dinner, on vacation, or to a friend's house? Making healthy decisions is something we are met with each day in real life and at CORE Conditioning we believe in living real life to the fullest! Eat clean with a few cheats here and there when you have earned them and they fit in your caloric intake each day!

We do offer sample meal plans to follow initially to get meal ideas and get you started, then after that you will be educated enough to create your own meal plans!
