Are you looking for a little more attention?  Would you like to do personal training, but the cost per session is too high? Small Group Training might be just what you are looking for!  Unlike big box gyms, there will be no other members in the studio during your training session so you have undivided attention of your trainer along with the other 3-6 people in the class with you.

CORE Conditioning offers small group fitness classes sessions for up to 6 people at a time!!  All training session times can be found on our live schedule below with a minimum of 3 people registered per class for it to run.

Why is this great? Decrease the cost per session for each person, but still receive the guidance, motivation, and accountability of having your very own personal fitness trainer AND you and your group can motivate each other and have a blast at the same time.

   

Small Group Training is Great for People Who:

  • Are intimidated to be in a larger group class with more people
  • Are just starting their fitness journey and would like a little bit more attention and instruction before entering our large group classes
  • Are interested in personal training, but their budget will not allow it
  • Are interested in finding a small group of others on the same mission to workout with each week.  Our small group members become friends who support each other, gossip, and work hard towards their goals.  They hold each other accountable to weekly sessions and celebrate progress together.
   

How Does Small Group Personal training Differ From Large Group Classes?

  

Small group training is closer to personal training, meaning programs and workouts will be tailored to the fitness level of each group individually.  In the larger metabolic group classes, there are many exercises we are not able to introduce due to the requirement of proper form and inability to teach to a larger group of people.

In small group personal training we do a mixture of heavy strength training for reps (as apposed to 40 seconds of work in the large group class) as well as metabolic training for different time frames than offered in the large group class.  This variation allows you to challenge yourself a little bit more, build more strength by lifting heavier weights for lower reps, learn proper form in many strength training exercises (barbell training (deadlifts/squats/bench press etc.), kettlebells, dumbbell training, and body weight training (pull ups etc.))

   

Small group training sessions are a great way to challenge yourself in a new way, build more muscle, burn more fat, and improve your strength in the many of the exercises we do in the larger metabolic group classes!    Many of the CORE Conditioning soldiers attend 1 small group training session per week and then get the rest of their workouts from our larger group classes.
