Ok, so what is this challenge all about you ask?? Well since our July Fat Blast Challenge was such an overwhelming success, why not do another challenge to work off some of those August party pounds?? All of our challengers who stuck with the challenge for the full 4 weeks were 100% successful and achieved amazing results in inches lost, pounds dropped, increase in energy levels, and a whole new love and appreciation for how easy it is to eat healthy!

Initial Kick-Off Meeting (if you are doing the challenge via online training just disregard this part, you will get an email with all the details instead :))

-Prior to beginning the program you will attend a meeting in order to be provided all the information you need to get started on your 21 Day challenge plan. This is not mandatory, but might help as I will answer any questions you might have regarding the eating plan etc.

-We will discuss the nutrition plan, take before pictures, measurements, and you will get to meet some of the other people you will be doing the challenge with.

-We will discuss goals for the 21 days. You will set you own individual goal for the 21 Days (I want to tone my stomach, bigger biceps, plumper bum etc etc…) and your before picture can directly reflect that specific goal for comparison.

-Pictures will not be broadcasted online don’t worry, for your eyes only!

Rules:
