Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Doughnut Recipe

Recipe:

Heaping 1/3 cup of dark chocolate Kodiak Mix
3 tbsp egg whites
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 banana

Instructions:

  • In a bowl mix kodiak mix, egg whites, water, cocoa powder and vanilla. In a separate bowl mash banana.
  • Add banana to other mixed ingredients and whisk it all together.
  • Spray a donut pan ( I used coconut oil spray) evenly distribute mix into the pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 16 minutes. Makes 4-6 donuts
  • Drizzle peanut butter and some ED Smith sugar free syrup on top. I just melted natural peanut butter ( you could also use PB 2 if you like it) for a few seconds in the microwave.

Voila! Delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Donuts!

Note:

You can add whatever you want to the mix such as peanut butter, chocolate chips etc…

I bought the dark chocolate kodiak mix in the US at target…. I have not found it here. You can buy regular kodiak mix at Costco here and use that as well.
