. What kind of meal plan is this? Do I have to starve for 8 Weeks?
Not at all!!! We do not believe in starvation or deprivation diets. We believe in teaching how to living a healthy balanced lifestyle. You don’t even have to cut out your favorite foods! You will just learn how to make healthier choices and find a healthy balance between eating clean, exercising, and still enjoying life and all the fun it has to offer!
5. Can I do this challenge ALL ONLINE?
Yes! Even if you don’t live close by, you can choose the option of onlilne workouts and meal plan and follwo along from ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD! You will still be connected to all other challengers via our online training app.
6. Are vegan or vegetarian options available?
Yes, the meal plan can be altered to accomodate a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle.
7. What is included in the online workouts?
Upon signing up for the challenge you will be emailed an invitation to download our online training app. Within this app you will be added to a motivational support group (similar to a Facebook group, but privately within the app), you will be provided with over 15 workouts to do throughout the 8 week challenge (for home or for the gym), and will have access to your trainer via the in-app messaging system to to answer any questions that come up throughout the challenge.

I am aging difficulty signing up. When I click on proceed to checkout it has me create a profile and goals( which I have no realistic clue of what they should be!) then I’m stuck...... can’t figure out where Togo to pay??
