Green Tea Breakfast Shake

No time to sit down for breakfast?  Try mixing up this shake before you run out the door and start your day. 

Ready in 10 minutes •
Makes 1 serving

• 1 cup brewed green tea,
   cooled
• 2 cups mixed berries, frozen 
   or fresh
• 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
• 1/4 cup quick oats
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp milled flaxseed
• 1 tbsp wheat germ
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• Ice cubes

Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve.
