Do you miss the good old days when you could cook up a stack of pancakes, drench them in butter and maple syrup, and devour them guilt-free?  What if I told you I have a recipe for protein pancakes that is actually healthy, tastes amazing, and is just as fluffy as those IHOP pancakes we keep seeing advertised on TV?

Protein pancakes for breakfast, pancakes for lunch, pancakes for dinner, or pancakes for a quick snack on the go! With this tasty recipe you can even make them ahead of time and take them on the go.  If you aren’t a fan of protein powder, no worries at all because this recipe is loaded with healthy protein without having to add any protein powder!

Snack Attack?

I’m going to let you in on a great go-to snack that I enjoy throughout the day.  In the morning (or the night before) cook up a few of these protein pancakes and try to make them a little bit bigger than normal, let them cool, spread on a little bit of nut butter, and then wrap up half a banana per pancake (make 1 or 2) to make a yummy protein packed banana burrito!  Perfect for a quick snack at work, pre-workout, post-workout, or breakfast on the go.
